This is a fantastic opportunity for an email marketing professional who thrives on execution, data analysis, and maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy in email campaigns.This is a full-time, remote contract position, requiring candidates to work in alignment with US-based working hours.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Deployment: Assist in the execution of email, SMS, and push notification campaigns across the portfolio of brands, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.Quality Control (QC): Perform detailed quality checks on email campaigns before deployment, ensuring content accuracy, working links, correct segmentation, and proper display across devices.Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all lifecycle campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Use Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, and Google Analytics to extract and analyze data.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and merchandising to align on campaign strategy and execution.
Ensure smooth communication and delivery of campaign goals.Campaign Scheduling: Assist in maintaining the email marketing calendar, helping to schedule and coordinate campaigns in line with promotional timelines.Continuous Improvement: Monitor campaign performance and collaborate on insights to optimize future campaigns.
Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, reduce errors, and enhance customer experience.Process Documentation: Help maintain internal documentation, including campaign schedules, performance reports, and quality control processes.QualificationsExperience in Email Marketing or Analytics: At least 1+ years' experience in a marketing or email marketing role, preferably in a B2C or eCommerce environment.
Experience with CRM tools and email platforms is a plus.Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to catch errors and inconsistencies before emails are sent out.
You will ensure the highest level of accuracy in all email campaigns.Technical Skills: Familiarity with email service providers (ESPs) like Iterable, Klaviyo, or SailThru is beneficial, but not required.Data-Driven: Comfortable working with data and able to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics.
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, and Google Analytics.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Clear Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and ensure accurate, on-time campaign delivery
