Listed on London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.Responsibilities:Job purpose: Its purpose is to ensure the supply of energy, auxiliary services and security systems for all areas and processes of the plant for its operation, as well as the proper functioning and availability of the equipment that provides said auxiliary services (electrical energy, compressed air, process gases, drinking water, process water, fire system water, rainwater, dust and vapor extraction, etc.). Maintain the building, infrastructure and facilities inside and outside the warehouse in good condition (construction, roofing, lighting, drainage, toilets, offices, floors, gardening, etc.). Maintain safety systems such as: Fire Vs System, CO2 suppression system, lightning rods, physical grounds and lightning rods, gas installations, etc. in good working order and condition.Main responsibilities:Ensures the supply of tools and equipment to its collaborators, to carry out their work in a safe, ergonomic and efficient manner.Establishes KPI's and TTI's together with the Maintenance Manager, monitors and provides feedback on global and individual objectives with its collaborators.Establishes preventive maintenance programs and routines for auxiliary services facilities and equipment, and monitors execution and compliance.Follows up on the work performed by suppliers to guarantee the safety of contractors and plant personnel, the quality of the work, as well as compliance with the requested work on time and with the expected scope.Keeps the quality system procedures and records updated, and ensures that its collaborators know, use and maintain them properly
