Customer Support Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop tool using the systems to analyze how long it takes us to process orders.
- Develop a tool (Power BI) to see which purchase orders have not been placed and which orders we have not updated.
- Develop a tool using system information to alert APMs that we have not sent invoices and which invoices have discrepancies.
- Develop a tool to speed up the time we take processing 2210 business orders.
- Work closely with the APMs to analyze the information generated by the order reports to promote ideas that can help us automate and streamline processes.

**Your background**:

- Student in Engineering.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SQL- Databases Database management for information storage and data manipulation.
