Objective of job: Lead and Coordinate Productions Projects Plan, organize and control subprojects, in cooperation with project management and after approval by supervisor. Develop, monitor and coordinate project plans with project leaders / supervisors. Implement change requets by internal and external customers, analyze and evaluate cost effects in cooperation with project management and supervisors. Support in supplier selection and in the creation / signing of task interface agreements with suppliers, and provide support in make-or-buy decisions. Prepare to transfer a project to series production and provide series support as contact person for product-specific issues. Job requirements: Bachelor's Degree, Production / Engineering Experience 3-5 years Expert knowledge of manufacturing Harnesses Projects Process Planning Lean manufacturing
