Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Develops and executes a technology partnership strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identifies and evaluates potential technology partners based on their strategic fit, capabilities, and market positioning.
- Helps to negotiate and manage partnerships, contracts, and agreements with technology partners, including pricing, terms, and service levels.
- Develops and maintains relationships with technology partners, including regular communication and engagement to ensure alignment and mutual success.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders, such as product management, engineering, and sales teams, to identify and prioritize partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
- Provides guidance and support to internal teams on partnership-related matters, such as integration, technical support, and product roadmaps.
- Manages the performance of technology partners, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting regular reviews, and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Monitors industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities and threats.
- Works with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements related to partnerships.
- Contributes to the development and management of budgets and resource plans for technology partnership activities.
- Communicates partnership-related updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains a knowledge base of best practices and emerging trends in technology partnership management.
- Collaborates with technology partners to co-create and promote joint solutions and offerings.
- Manages conflicts and disputes that arise with technology partners, including facilitating resolution and escalation as needed.
- Develops and executes joint marketing and sales initiatives with technology partners to promote joint solutions and increase revenue.
- Analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of technology partnerships, including ROI, impact on revenue and customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in technology partnership management, business development, or related fields would be required.
