Job DescriptionResponsible for handling Oracle Enterprise Business solutions support project as project manager.Execute end-to-end project management activities for support projectDefine project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage support concepts (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, RCA for Problem Tickets) and dependencies.Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics (SLAs) and status reporting.Mitigate risks as defined in project plan.Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder's commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.Qualifications5+ years of managerial/leading experience in Oracle Enterprise Business Solutions (E-BS) projects.
