The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects for our strategic partners, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires excellent leadership skills, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.ScopeThe Project Lead, Partner Engagement will act as the main point of contact for partner concerns related to SaaS tech needs, handle T1 account PD/support/cloud operations coordination for case resolutions, actively participate in steering committee/triad calls, prioritize and collaborate with global service delivery teams to increase case resolution times, and contribute to successful SaaS implementations.What you'll doKeep CSAT response from customers higher than 30%.Follow gate reviews from CDF process.Ensure delivery environment is timely, quality, and free of access issues within 30 days or less.Maintain updated escalation records at least twice per week.Serve as SaaS Partner Manager with hands-on experience to handle key processes for successful BY SaaS implementation.Ensure 0 CED red customer external escalations.Lead at least 1 continuous improvement initiative for CX efficiencies.Initiate commercial conversations with DSS.Manage case accountability & reporting (Jira communications).Coordinate partner customization requests.Lead mock/cutover tasks.Maintain updated GPS records in Salesforce on a weekly basis.Ensure completion of CX/HR/Ethics mandatory trainings.Interact actively with customers/partners and CE where no triad model exists.Break internal silos to provide agile responses.Proactively communicate with partners/customers.Collaborate with partners for integrated delivery plans.Ensure partners follow BY process/docs to complete transition to steady state.Contribute to long-term strategies by aligning with PMO/partner alliances teams.What we are looking forBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Experience managing partner relationships and delivering partner solutions.Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.Fluent in English.PMP certification and/or Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
