.GENERAL SUMMARY:As part of the Global Manufacturing Systems, Technology and Quality strategy group, you will be responsible for leading SAP S/4 system projects deployment and support for the various manufacturing sites and shipyards of BRP.
This must be achieved by linking your business and functional unit to other business streams.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Team leadership: Lead cross functional projects team & deploy system enhancements and defects resolution in SAP S/4 within BRP manufacturing sites, shipyards and warehouses (Canada, United States, Mexico and Finland).Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the logistics and supply chain functions.
Implement new processes and tools to assure robustness of the process execution and the logistic operations.Project management: Structure the project and develop a master plan in collaboration with the project management when needed.
Support all project phases as needed.
Main projects to implement in collaboration with I&T COE, local & global ITBP.Change management: Collaborate with the change management responsible to ensure a smooth transition of processes.Communication: Ensure governance in order to provide regular updates on project status, defect resolution, achieve deadlines, costs and the established mandate.
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal & external teams, stakeholders and senior management.Budget Management: Manage project budgets, control costs, and report financial status to senior management.
Define Business case to justify projects when required.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery, supply chain operations, and cost-effectiveness.Support to operations: Support operations for everything related to SAP S/4 and its ecosystems and execute problem solving & root cause analysis on processes, systems and tools with the users and other stakeholders when required.Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or any other discipline applicable to the position (management, IT, etc.
).Have solid experience in systems projects using various project delivery methods (waterfall, agile, etc.
).Mastery of the following IT platforms is an asset: "ERP" (SAP S/4 Hana, SAP ECC); "TMS" (SAP Transportation Management); "EWM" Enterprise Warehouse Management; "MES" Manufacturing Execution System.Have inspiring and motivating leadership with good prioritization skills.Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French & Spanish is an additional asset).
