Responsible of Quality-Cost-Delivery:- Estimates the workloads and the Unrealized- Plans and assigns activities- Monitors the risks2. Prepares and chairs the weekly Projects Comitees.3. Prepares and participates in monthly Steering comitees4. Applies the ALTEN processes, methods and tools (specifically the ADF kit)5. Follows KPIs and prepares the projects operational reporting to the project director.6.
