Operations is at the center of a powerful triangle of deep consumer connection, product innovation and executional excellence.From procurement, to manufacturing and throughout our supply chain, you'll have plenty of opportunities to leave your mark in this transformational journey to deliver a smoke-free future.Do you have strong communication skills and experience in Project Management, are you customer oriented and do you want to work for a Top Employer with international career opportunities?If so, then please keep on reading.We are looking for a Project Leader GDH who will work in Izmir and be responsible for running projects under the operations function, to serve several markets' commercial activities.Main responsibilities:- Plan, implement and manage the assigned multi-category product projects with the expected delivery standards and specified timing, adhering to and driving E2E Project Management process and best practices to ensure successful completion of projects.- Coordinate Product Commercialization projects, including product maintenance and source change activities.- Depending on the project type, liaise with regional and local operations functions (e.G.
supply chain, procurement, marketing, QA & production) to determine development and delivery of new goods while ensuring no supply shortage, mínimal loss & optimum cost.- Communicate with internal/external partners and customers to ensure proper understanding of project scope, requirements and milestones.- Lead projects execution processes, issue status reports and ensure readiness of new product specifications to allow timely production & delivery of new goods.- maintain up-to-date production specifications and status of the project within the company systems.We're looking for someone with:- University degree- At least 2 years of experience in Project coordination, management and/or supply chain experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- Strong communication & interpersonal skills- Collaborative mindset, customer orientation and ability to learn quickly- Analytical thinkingThis role will start as a remote position but will transfer to our office in Izmir either partially or fully, at a later stage
