We invite you to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to develop the right product for many different powertrain and exhaust-gas systems.The project leader's primary duties include:- Project Manager for all residential and commercial product development projects- Follow Bosch Powertrain development process- Project planning- Lead project teams- Organize meetings- Provide status reports and updates- Track project tasks and follow up with responsible- Deliver project on-time, on-budget, meeting all targets- Participate in Bosch project management expert network- Manage conflict resolution- Project targets achievement (project timing, awarding NAFTA for NAFTA, EWAK, VQP, change management, etc.)- Lead and support projects with activities and escalations- Support new quotations: prepare technical specification and quote engineering effort- Interface strategic and operational topics sales, manufacturing and purchasing organizations- Track, report and update Business Plan results for Current Forecast revision- Generate and implement RPP projects- Lead localization projects in order to increase the local share- Ensure the correct ECRs follow-up and implementation- Ensure preventive quality plan, including tracking and implementation of measures (OPL)- Support the project team to plan and track machine and tooling budget- Travel: 5-10% (Domestic and International)**Qualifications**:Basic:- You have at least **3 or more years** of multichannel customer service management experience, preferably in **Industrial/Automotive sector**.- Master degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (e.G. 5 or more years industry experience).- Knowledge of project management including quality gate processes.- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.Preferred:- Knowledge of car sensing, air management or exhaust gas systems, electro-mechanical and direct digital control circuits, electrical circuits, and motors.- Experience with mechanical equipment, electrical/electronic consumer products.- Understanding of thermodynamics and engineering fundamentals.- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills.- Entrepreneurial mentality, with the ability to drive projects forward.- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple teams and manage multiple projects.- Software: MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Collaboration Rooms
