Work with other departments to implement, follow, and improve processes taking into consideration H&S recommendations and the operation efficiency. Align to BRP goals and objectives. Plan investments and make a correct follow-up ensuring OPEX and CAPEX are under control according to BRP strategy.**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:Expert on process design, creativity and innovation. Warehouse layout designs and improvements.Construction and coordination with providers and other departments.Establish and configure the master data parameters in the system for every part.Solid knowledge on packaging design and returnable packaging implementation. Design, test, implement and improve logistics processes and packaging solutions.Design and development on new carts and rolling equipment.Establish the manpower and the equipment requirement.Manage projects under his guidance by planning activities, time and resources. Be able to make the risks visible and find mitigation plans.Maintain good communication with the project team and the stakeholders.Workshops follow up with another departmentEquipment quotation and purchasing, budget follow up.Creation of Value Stream Mapping, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvementSolid knowledge in Balancing, Direct Labor Calculation and Time StudyProject management skillsKnowledge in area of procurement, internal logistic, external logistic, customs, planning, purchasing, transportation, inventory control and warehousingSolid vision on Health & Safety and Good practicesSoftwaresAutoCAD is a must3d Modeling (any program to design)Good Microsoft Office package skills (excel and powerpoint)SAP is advantage**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or related careerExperience 3-5 years in project management, logistics or similarAvailability for travel in the USA, Mexico and Canada
