**Job Description**:Manage the logistics relating to Life Cycle Services and Engineered-to-Order services projects and complex sales order deliveries in-line with schedule to deliver to the Mexico/US border, export globally, and deliver domestically within Mexico.
Must possess excellent written English communication skills and be a team player willing to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
You will coordinate with the production plant, logistics service providers, customs brokers, and other project logistics teams as well as project managers.Daily ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the shipments of materials from domestic and international suppliers.Maintain records of components that are shipping to sub-contract suppliers.Plan and arrange shipments for out of gauge imports, exports, and project shipments.Request quotes for freight shipments for international and domestic air, ocean, and truck shipments.Maintain relationships with freight forwarders, suppliers, Project Managers, and Operational Procurement team.Prepare shipping documents to meet import and export compliance standards.Process international and domestic documentation to arrange shipments, including, but not limited to: Shipper's Letter of Instruction, Packing Lists, Invoices, Free Trade Agreements, Hazmat documents, and any other applicable shipment documents
