.**Job Details****Job description**:- Senior Analyst position responsible for the Data Integrity of the Legal Entity Rationalization (LER) Program, Data Reporting and Analytics, assisting in the Financial Stewardship of the LER budget, assisting with the HFM and local ERP trial balance cleansing, and assisting in the North America/LATAM Legal Entity rationalizations.**Primary Duties**:**Central Reporting Activities**:- Central reporting databases maintenance: Issue log, entity log, bank accounts closure report, LER sign off database- User access management- Reports enhancement- Identify data inconsistences- Follow up overdue open items- Drive and align reporting process based on the LER program needs- Build reporting charts to monitor and inform to the upper management the program process (i.E. Weekly steerco deck, Audit Committee deck, Governance session, CFO meetings, Monthly Tax meetings, etc.)- Analyze and align regional reports to confirm the standard reporting process is being followed- Implement new reports and requirements from Project Managers and other stake holders- Monitor LER closure activities, to guarantee the JCI key master databases were updated accordingly after a rationalization execution**Project Management Activities**:- Drive rationalization execution of non-operative entities in U.S. and LATAM- Drive kick-off and follow up meetings, to perform entity rationalization- Take notes with responsible, open actions and commitment dates- Follow up actions resolutions to guarantee rationalization completion- Store legal, finance, fiscal and other relevant documents to support project execution- Support other regions to follow up on the open actions to guarantee annual goals completion- Support to the development of the program current and future scope**Project Management Activities**:- Develop guidance and procedures for having a CFS project portfolio- Support CFS in other internal and external projects management- Support and develop CFS process standardization initiatives**Job Specifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or Engineering- At least 2 years analyst experience- Fluent in English- Excellent communication skills and customer focused approach- Familiarity with problem solving and process improvement techniques- Ability to work well independently and work well in a team setting- Hands on mentality- Flexible- Eager to learnJohnson Controls values a diverse and inclusive workplace.
