The S&P Environmental Solutions group provides innovative infrastructure solutions and services to grow environmental markets. This includes facilitating the implementation of new environmental markets, helping existing markets evolve and mature, enabling connectivity between markets and fostering data transparency and efficiency.**Responsibilities**: As an Environmental Solutions Project Management Analyst, you will:Own certain operational processes (such as internal team onboarding and training, Regression and User Acceptance Testing, client migrations from a legacy to a new strategic platform, RFP/RFQ response management, etc.) and manage all aspects of their development from discovery to implementation, to ongoing maintenance.Help the project team stay on track by following up on tasks, hand-holding escalations that will clear project bottlenecks, and managing critical project documentation.Help translate client and business requirements into work ready for development, following Agile and Scrum best practices.Perform data analysis using advanced Excel skills, to deliver detailed status and project performance updates, as well as perform project milestone planning.Create, organize and maintain project and product collateral.Send effective communications about status and progress to the wider stakeholder groupHelp management and project team leadership create presentation materials to communicate project progress.**What We're Looking For**:3+ years' professional work experience in a project or product role within the carbon markets and/or financial / technology company.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead meetings with multiple, at times large numbers of participants.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Smartsheet and / or Microsoft Project a plus.Analytical background to validate financial / project timeline calculations. Ability to analyze medium/complex data sets in order to provide recommendations and solutions to both requirements as well as timing projections.Understanding the audience - whether it's a client, an internal department, or a group of developers - to be able to focus the conversation on things relevant and understandable to that audience.Strong project management skills with accountability for meeting defined deadlines; ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.Being a good listener, and being able to shift directions quickly based on management decisions.Experience responding to RFP/RFQs, or working with external partners, vendors, or government clients a plus
