Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.Assists & support Project Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks. Preparation of letters to clients (project closures, non-debts, letters with bank information, etc.)Understand SSOE's financial and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform. Create & follow up opportunities projects in SSOE ERP Systems. Maintain correct and updated information for potential SSOE projects and clients.Provide support to PMs team for data monitoring for planning and execution activities and phases for MX projects.Management of supplier portals and platform for bidding purposes and Invoices.Prepare Bill/Invoice drafts under PM Requirement.Provide support for procurement activities & PO placement (new subcontractors vendors set up, quotes review).May provide support to general administrative teams, for lunch and refreshments or prepare conference rooms for meetings.May provide support to the Project Controller to provide information & customized reports to different areas in the company, related to MX projects.Arrange project travels for PM and SSOE project team.May assist PMs with file management of technical project information (ACC project support).May assist with training of new Project Management Assistants and/or new project team members to familiarize them with SSOE and customer-specific procedures.Qualifications:What You Will Bring:Recent graduate or bachelor's degree-tracked in business administration, or related field (Financials)Minimum one (1) year of direct experience with data entry and various computer systems and software packages/programs (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint, ERPs, etc.)3 years related experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.CAPM Certification is encouraged.Good facilitator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experienced in the following software packages: (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint).Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to work in a deadline-oriented environment.Advanced English level.What We Bring:Monthly gross based Salary
