We operate in the following regions of the world: Afghanistan and Pakistan, Africa (all of Africa), Asia, Europe and Eurasia, Latin America and the Caribbean and the Middle East.Summary:The USAID Office in Mission in Mexico is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for a Project Management Assistant, Office of Governance, Human Rights and Citizen Security (GRC) position.The work schedule for this position is: Full Time (40 hours per week)- Please note: salary announced is an annual base salary.Supervisory Position:NoRelocation Expenses Reimbursed:NoTravel Required:Not Required**Duties**:The Governance, Human Rights, and Citizen Security (GRC) Program Management Assistant contributes to the efficient and effective implementation of development activities in the USAID/Mexico's GRC Office portfolio by providing programmatic, logístical and administrative support. The annual budget of the office is approximately $28 million. The incumbent is responsible for the full range of project management assistance, logístical and administrative support associated with the GRC portfolio and for providing technical support to the teams, as needed. The GRC office includes 16 staff members in four teams and five portfolios (Crime Prevention, Rule of Law, Human Rights, Transparency, and Civil Society).- ****Qualifications and Evaluations**:- Requirements:**Physical Demands**: The work requested does not involve undue physical demands.- Education Requirements:**Education**:Completion of high school degree is required.- Evaluations:- Qualifications:**Prior Work Experience**: None.**Job Knowledge**: Some knowledge of administrative support and familiarity with, and/or ability to learn and use systems, such as Travel System, Financial systems, among others.**Skills and Abilities**: Must be able to establish and maintain good communication (written and oral) with partners, team members and host-country government officials. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
