The PMA is a key role, working on operational support in projects and processing contractors and various Luxoft departments, providing support and assistance in all aspects of the contractor lifecycle in the company.**Responsibilities**:- Contractors' support- Contractor onboarding/transfers/ offboarding in Luxoft internal systems- Contractors' data maintenance in internal tools- Employees onboarding/transfers/ offboarding in customer and Luxoft internal systems- Coordination of the hiring process to customer premises- Employee's data maintenance in internal tools- Project-specific support- Client's specific reporting/Internal project/program reports creation- Time tracking and absence requests coordination, timesheets data collection, validation and verification with a client, regular workforce allocation- Ad-hoc request solving**Skills**:Must have- Strong Excel knowledge- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to learn quickly- Ability to work under challenging deadlines, very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities- Ability to work on own initiative- Great organization skill- Problem-solvingNice to haveConfluence, Atlassian Jira**Languages**:English: C1 Advanced**Seniority**:RegularVacancy SpecializationPMARef NumberVR-79037
