Project Management Coordinator (Remote Work)

Team members will assist in the following activities to ensure each one is seamlessly integrated with all operations of the enterprise:

- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings and distribute tasking internally if needed
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions for Project Managers
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings as needed
- Ensure project deadlines are met through creating a project management calendar to fulfill each goal and objective and communicate with Project Managers for each deadline
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Develop project strategies
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Ensure stakeholder visions are managed towards the best solution
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members

Who we want:

- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel & Project
- Knowledge of Unanet is a plus
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously

Pay: $12,134.08 - $27,535.93 per month
