**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
This position is in charge of lead the services expansion iniciatives from LatAm to the SSC Mexico to ensure that the project comes out on time, while short and long term strategies are in place as well as the right governance. Make and share project status to the corresponding leaders of the projects.
To perform business cases for the migration of services based on the scope and the corresponding financial proposal.
Coordinates the migration process is performed under a very good control environment and lookin for continuous improvement to reach productivity.
Ensure the expansion projects are aligned with transformation agenda to support committed productivity benefits and continuous improvement, taking care of our internal and external clients.
**Your Impact**
As
**CNTRL & RPT ANALYST** your functions would consist of:
- Ensure the services expansion according to agenda. ICE
- Generate documentation and governance of the projects (tracking & management). CE
- Support the strategy that allows to perform the operation in a robust control environment with quality services.ICE
- KPI's monitoring and presentations. IC
- Foster a Culture of continues improvement. DICE
- Close interaction with internal and external clients to foment networking and service. ICE
- Support effective change management process. ICE
- Support LATAM SSC supervisor to drive funcional Strategy and org. design Processes. DCI
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**1. Education**
- Bachelor degree in engineering, administrative, finance or similar
- required
**2. Experience**
- Knowledge in project methodologies (L6S, Scrum, PMO, Agile)
- Project experience (1 year), leading and manage.
- Advanced Microsoft office tools
- Big Data Analysis (1 year) required
- Advanced English
- Communication skills are needed as individual will be required to interact with employees of all levels - including upper management - not only in Mexico, but internationally as well
