- Tasks and Qualifications:
- The PM position will support Software execution teams in deploying and improving processes and tools for complex software projects and internal initiatives.
- Supports program objective using process innovation, process excellence, lean six sigma principles, change management methodology and tools.
- Drives process measurement including project scorecards and other metrics.
- Manages established project schedule and helps the team to identify risk and solutions.- What We Are Looking For- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required.BA, BS, in organizational development, Software Engineering, Business Administration preferred.
- Lean Six sigma, PM certification, change management strongly preferred.
- EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:
- To succeed in this role, you need to be a team player with great communications skills and a positive attitude.
You also need:
- Minimum 1 year of project management, change management and process improvement experience, preferably in the field of Software Project Execution.
Prefer lean six sigma knowledge and experience.
- Ability to organize, plan, and execute change management strategies and tactical plans in complex projects focused on performance improvement.
- Ability to create business cases to support change, and to identify critical factors in planning change for a global team.
- Ability to think outside of the box and come up with creative solutions.
- Ability to prioritize projects and has the courage to speak up if risks and opportunities are identified.
- Ability to learn new tools, process and a strong desire to learn anything new.
- Proven experience in leading changes, evaluate results and make recommendations to develop and sustain change.
- Experience in reporting tools, good knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft products.
- Experience in project management tools, Confluence and Jira knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of finance, talent management and operational objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders including internal stakeholders, customers and vendors and be a trusted advisor.
- Demonstrated outstanding team building skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency as well as the ability to break down barriers / silos.
- Effective skills in communicating project-related status and issues to project team and the company executives.
