The product line alone serves as proof with advances in machine performance, equipment automation, fleet management, and John Deere's ongoing investment in emerging markets.**Main Responsibilities**:- As a project management engineer for John Deere's Enterprise Technology and Innovation Center, you will work in a cross functional team supporting John Deere Power Systems´ products, focusing on continuous improvement projects for diesel engines.**What Skills You Need**:- Develops project schedule and coordinates the activities for product improvement projects (warranty, cost reductions, PRCT) using Deere's Product Delivery Process methodologies, with input from all functional groups.- Leads small cross-functional teams (PE, ME, QE, SM) and facilitates task assignments.- Develops and executes action plans to resolve issues and achieve project objectives on time and within budget for engineering projects.- Monitors ongoing project/program status and maintains communications with business unit leadership and affected stakeholders (JDPS and their vehicle partners).- Works with managers to obtain required resources to accomplish the project objectives.- Develops, maintains, and presents project reviews, status reports, project health metrics, and lessons learned with leadership team.- Experience working with global teams.- Knowledge of Six Sigma tools & techniques.- Experience with Creo, PDM, SAP, GD&T.**What Makes You Stand Out**:- Product, quality or manufacturing engineering experience - Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience.- Experience in engineering project implementation - Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience.- Strong understanding of Enterprise Product Delivery Process
