**Position Summary****This is an onsite position within Mexico City, Mexico.
**Thales is looking for a **Project Management Engineer **who is primarily responsible to manage, coordinate and lead Fintech new customers fast on boarding according to internal and corporate rules and manage with a holistic approach, the conception and design, as well as the manufacture of the card body, personalization and shipment.In this position, you will ensure compliance with the 5 phases of project management, conception & Initiation, Definition & Planning, Launch or Execution, Performance & Control and Project Closure.
You will also be the primary point of contact of the factory to communicate with Thales technical areas and customer support.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**- Project management of all on boarding process keeping with new products introduction flow.
Main point of contact with Customer Services and Technical Consultants in all customer requirements for Industrialization.- Coordinate all the essential resources to reach the goals according to the established project.- Ensure compliance with quality and safety policies in the on boarding projects.- Act as technical support in customer's projects and tenders.- Ensure compliance with Change Management Board process directives when applicable.- Follow and communicate the planning of all new on boarding process in order to homologate products with other sites.- Support to the New Products Introduction leader to coordinate the information exchanges between Issuer and personalization bureaus.
**Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering systems or manufacture process related.- Master's degree on project management is desired.- Previous experience in Personalization center is a plus.- Fluent Business English- At least 1 year of progressive experience in similar position.
Minimum 2 years in coordination or project management areas.- Project management good practices.- Oracle basic course or similar ERP.- Development and continuous improvement on manufacture process.- Application Architecture Concepts.- Capable leader with a heavy focus on team playing with proven experience and a willingness to take ownership of a topic and successfully bring it to completion.- Well organized with strong attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills.- Strong negotiation abilities.LI-OnSiteLI-MO1
