This position requires technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures. Expertise in program management tools is essential. You will work in a quality system environment where failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations.Responsibilities include confirming completion of activities with the cross-functional team, coordinating among team members, and following quality and regulatory requirements.What You'll DoCoordinate input from multiple areas with assistance from the manager.Ensure all milestones and project phases are documented appropriately in the timeline.Assist with the development of a preliminary implementation plan and propose contingency plans.Identify needs to support the design and development of the project plan.Translate project goals into project tasks, resolve business or technical problems, and analyze data for true causes of problems.Prepare and present project status reports and presentations for the team.Negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources to meet project outcomes.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technical areas.3-5 years of experience in engineering and operations; 1 year in project management.Detail-oriented with knowledge in validation and manufacturing lines.Strong communication skills for interaction with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project (Must).Fluent in English.Apply NowFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
