We are looking for a Technical Productivity Intern who wants to develop a strong and solid career on procurement and project management. The selected intern could develop with us his/her career and become a project specialist/manager.
As a Technical Productivity Intern, you will be supporting key project management practices and tools, helping on the evolution of cost reduction ideas, including (but not limited) to QVE (quality value engineering) and COS (change of supplier) projects within North American Strategic Projects Team. This role is actively working in our Sustainability program which intends to reduce our carbon footprint targets.
The Technical Productivity Intern must be a great communicator. He/she needs to be proactive, exhibit strong leadership, be a self-driven person, and be able to adapt to a dynamic and potentially geographically disbursed project environment.
The Technical Productivity Intern gets a wide range of experience working on several products and several commodities as the scope they manage is all North America's business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Support on achieving Sustainability program KPIs for NAM.Active participation in the estimation of benefits (savings), costs (project expenses).Work together with staff team to support Digital PMO evolution.Participate in productivity workshop events within North America's facilities.Qualifications Desired Skills: At least 1 year to finish their bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics Career.Bilingual in English/Spanish – business proficient (written and oral)Proactive, dynamic, self-driven, able to achieve results via influence and great communication skillsAnalytical skillsWork Scheme: Hybrid.
