We are looking for people like you that would enjoy working with flexibility from home, joining dynamic and challenging digital projects, and embracing our open and diverse culture.**Role Description**Base22 is looking for a hands-on, experienced project manager who can lead client projects and establish a project governance structure for our current team of Project Managers.With a strong focus on maximizing value for our clients and executing projects based on outcomes, you will provide mentoring, training, and coaching to our team. You will also ensure we have metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and visibility into project execution performance.The role is a combination of customer-facing and internal tasks, working on the delivery of client projects and working to manage and improve the Project Management Office inside Base22.**Responsibilities and Duties**- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment.- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives- Manage client projects with a strong focus on consulting.- Balance time between client projects and internal tasks to drive and improve the Project Management team.- Accountable for the quality and value of projects managed by the Project Management Office- Define and implement processes and mechanisms to have a value and outcome-centric Project Management Office.- Monitor and control project execution performance- Understand the organization's KPIs and define SLAs to reach goals- Implement mechanisms for tracking, measuring, improving, and reporting SLAs.- Define and implement auditing mechanisms for project compliance- Focus on continuous improvement of service delivery- Demonstrate flexibility in thinking and adapting to manage organizational change by adjusting strategies, goals, and priorities- Partner with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure business goals are clearly defined and are met- Define, reinforce, and improve Project Management methodologies, best practices, standards, tools, and procedures to be followed.- Provide guidance on tailoring methodologies if needed.- Achieve executive visibility and governance over project delivery issues through standardization of methodology and portfolio health metric reporting
