We thrive together as a global team, embracing our diverse backgrounds to make a positive impact on the world.Join us in POWERING POSITIVE CHANGE**RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar technical fieldAt least five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environmentDirect experience with a change management processAt least three (3) years of proven project management experience; hands on experience with all aspects of the project lifecycle, including project scoping, planning, resource allocation, execution, risk assessment/mitigation, and escalationDemonstrates strong attention to detail and strong organizational skillsDemonstrates strong communication skills (eg can adjust communication content and delivery to be informative, persuasive, or motivational)Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills (ie works well with individual contributors both within the same work group and external to work group, also comfortable directly communicating with local, upper-level management)Demonstrates ability to generate and to maintain strong working relationships with local and remote team members (from different locations and different time-zones)Proven experience with influencing others without relying on formal authorityProficient in statistical process control and design of experimentsFluent in English, verbal and writtenProficient in Microsoft Office (ie Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Valuable background in PFMEA/SPC**Preferred requirements**:At least five (5) years of experience in a technology manufacturing environment (e.G, electronics or semiconductor, solar technology, health or medical devices, etc)Proven experience with continuous improvement of internal business processesBasic knowledge of Lean manufacturing conceptsProficient knowledge of classic project management methodology, processes, and toolsFormal education or certification in project managementAble to challenge Project Lead in terms of Quality insurance**OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION (optional)**:This is a permanent position, based in Toulouse, FranceOccasional, short-term travel to other sites to support projects as needed, approximately 1 trip/Qtr, less than 14 days per tripEqual Employment Opportunity
