Project Management Manager - Engineering MXN 400,000 - 600,000 DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a talented Project Management Manager to join our team specializing in Project Management for our Electrolyzer Project Management team in Guadalajara, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Effective Project Coordination: By managing project activities, you'll ensure that all projects are executed smoothly and efficiently, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with business management, you'll identify and prioritize both short-term and long-term projects, aligning them with organizational goals.Feasibility Analysis: Conducting thorough feasibility studies will help determine realistic project timelines and resource allocation, ensuring successful project outcomes.Risk Management: By assessing project risks and using quality tools, you'll help Project Managers develop effective risk mitigation strategies, enhancing project success rates.Team Leadership and Development: Managing and coaching Project Managers, you'll foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing developmental feedback and guidance.Resource Optimization: Ensuring that Project Managers leverage cross-functional and external resources effectively will maximize project efficiency and innovation.Continuous Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on project statuses and budgets, you'll provide valuable insights and advice to Project Managers, ensuring projects stay on track.Quality Assurance: Reviewing project documentation and success measures, you'll ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and align with business objectives.RESPONSIBILITIESTo be successful in this role you will need the following:Strong Leadership Skills: You'll need to effectively lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Engineers, ensuring balanced workloads and providing developmental feedback.Excellent Collaboration Abilities: Working closely with various stakeholders, including the PMO director and other regional leaders, you'll need to ensure smooth transitions and coherent processes across teams.Risk Management Expertise: You'll need to assess and mitigate risks throughout project execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with the required quality.Adaptability and Continuous Improvement: You'll need to adapt existing processes to match the new organization, implement a return of experience (REX) system, and continuously improve project delivery based on past experiences.QUALIFICATIONSEducation/ Experience:College, university, or equivalent degree required.Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages (French, German) a plus.
