**-MAQUILADORA CONFIDENCIAL****Solicita**:PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER****Descripción y Requisitos**The PMO is responsible for all phases of project management, from start to finish, in such a way to assure the timely delivery of outcomes of projects aimed to improve operations, and the development of new business and services, keeping up high quality standards and a cost-benefit approach.**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:**Project Identification**: Support management to identify projects in different business areas. Getting consensus among stakeholders about project needs.**Planning**: Develop a plan to manage the project along with other team members, establishing deliverables, phases to carry out the project, milestones, cost, and resources required.**Monitoring and Control**: Identify potential risks and make containment plans to mitigate it; follow up advance on different project's tasks to ensure fulfillment before deadline, escalate issues when be required. Monitor expenses and develop detailed reports for top management. Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units be assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.**Quality Control**: Carry out activities throughout the project to keep up the expected standards.**Closure**: Close the project and create a project closure report.**Communication**: Maintain project's stakeholders informed throughout the project.**Education & **Requirements**:- Industrial Engineering/Systems/MechatronicsBachelor of Business Administration- Project Management (experience 3 years)- Product/Manufacturing Supervision (1 year)- Knowledge and Skills:- PMP Certification (desirable)- Negotiation skills- Team work- Leadership- Lean Manufacturing- Inglés (Advanced)- MS Projects (Advanced)Puesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**Tipo de contrato: PermanenteSalario: NegociablePais: MEXICOEstado o Region: ChihuahuaCiudad: Ciudad Juarez
