Responsibilities Proactively lead changes in project scope to improve success and minimize risk to the customer and the company. Develop complete project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion. Collaborate with project partners on an ongoing basis. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Draft and submit budget proposals, recommend subsequent budget changes where vital. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Maintain the relationship with the client and all partners. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Coordinate project expectations with team members. Conduct project lessons learned and build best practices to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Requirements Advanced English BS/BA in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electric Engineering, or related fields. A drive and growth mindset to excel in a career in project management. Advanced in the use of MS365 products (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Project), SmartSheets, and project scheduling tools. Travel as required; will range from 10% to 35% (US/MX). CAPM or PMP Certification preferred. 1+ years working in the field of Project Management with experience implementing Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Supply Chain Management, Digitalization, IT, Factory, or other project types. Understanding of formal project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile). Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while managing stakeholder expectations and communications. Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Use and continually develop professional skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and executives. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
