Candidates in this role acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members including third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Individuals define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects within the SAP ERP, supply chain, and finance disciplines. Provide project leadership on S4 HANA ERP projects to ensure timely and effective project execution. Preferably certified PMP or Agile Safe SPC certified. Preferred experience in SAP modules including FICO core modules including FI-GL/AP/Logistics Invoice Verification, Materials Management, and Sales and Distribution.Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution. Participates in employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management. Applies knowledge and experience in own discipline while continuing to acquire and develop higher-level knowledge and skills.Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Maintain thorough knowledge of new development and/or SDLC techniques. Owns the planning, estimation, design, configuration, testing, and production release on financial projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas
