You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP. Our cross-functional team includes members from supply chain management (SAP EWM), finance (accounting, controlling, tax), R&D, HR, sales, quality, and production operations.Purpose of the job:Administrating tasks in program and project management to support the implementation of the "ZF ERP Template", based on SAP4HANA at the locations of ZF worldwide.Responsibilities:Collecting and providing information regarding the ZF ERP Program and the different Rollout Projects.Executing and coordinating necessary administrative tasks within the program.Preparation of presentations and reports.Organizing of meetings and workshops incl. meeting minutes and documentation.Driving the coordination of regression testing and the coordination of mandatory retrofits out of the PMO Administration of MS SharePoint sites and MS Teams channel.Managing and updating Rollout Toolkit (templates, guidelines, procedures, …).Being contact for Rollout Projects regarding methodology and administrative tasks.Administrating Project Portfolio, Project Clusters and Sequence.Administrating timesheet collection, posting of working hours and monitoring overall budget situation.Skills:Experience with general tasks of a PMO, like project planning, incl. WBS, controlling of budget and deliverables.Hands-on experience in organizing and orchestrating international teams and meetings.Good skills in MS Office, MS PowerBI, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, Jira.Experience in international SAP projects.Experience in test management.Fluent English, German appreciated.Why should you choose ZF?Competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
