The NPI Sr Manager will work with his / her team on the following deliverables:- Work with NPI Managers and Sr Management team to identify, escalate and resolve roadblocks- Define and deliver all process requirements for qualification product- Liaise with other site's management to help identify Best of Practice process opportunities- Maintain quality vision on all new project introductions and drive continuous process improvement- Interface with Customers and provide delivery status- Facilitate and drive manufacturing product build reviews, give prompt feedback to customer.- Set up and manage team project plans with targets, execution and success completion dates.- Coordinate and drive prototype demand- Ensure all materials are available when needed- Oversee the timely build of prototype hardware- Drive rework for prototypes- Prepare for production launch with BOM, packaging and labeling.
**REQUIREMENTS**:- 8 years project management experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience in NPI / Program in computing and storage- Demonstrated and effective leadership and management skills
