It's essential however that our customers, like our employees, are looked after incredibly well and this is where you fit in.As a Project Manager, your role will focus on delivering success to our key enterprise customers, working at a global level. In this position, you will become the implementation trusted guide for our customer. You will also be accountable for the project delivery as well as being expected to make important decisions throughout the project lifecycle to provide a "best of breed" implementation focused on customer success. You will manage customer expectations and perform stakeholder management when dealing with areas such as deliverables, status reporting, and escalation management.With a focus on our customers in Latin, North and South America, this role is open for remote working. Due to the language needs of our customers in this geography, the ability to fluently speak both Spanish and English is a key requirement of the role.By means of a broad overview the role will include:Manage cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and to exceed the client's expectations.Deliver differing project types (length, size, location), often managing more than one at a time, whether it be a lightweight or large and complex implementationProvide regular, precise and effective status updates on key programs, processes and metrics, producing reports as required to show progress against baseline, highlight risks, and articulate any mitigationsBe the accountable or responsible stakeholder for activities such as Project planning and design, Delivery execution and client meetingsAct as a technical liaison between internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) and clientsCommunicate updates regularly and concisely, identify risks and bottlenecks, influence relevant stakeholders to solve or overcome obstaclesWork in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desiredProactively identify and implement improvements to processes and how we work within the global Project Management Office
