**Your Job**
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven professional to take on the hybrid role of Associate Product and Project Manager. This dual-role position requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly navigate both project management and product development landscapes with a hands-on approach. You will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects, while also contributing to the strategic development and enhancement of the organization's product portfolio. All along actively seeking opportunities to support and enhance the activities of other key teams within the organization. Your hands-on approach will be pivotal in ensuring successful project delivery and product innovation.

**What You Will Do**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements based on market needs and business objectives.
- Identify and tackle challenges head-on, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of new product introductions (NPI).Be the driving force behind product development, actively participating in the entire product lifecycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing hands-on efforts to bring products from concept to reality.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in business, Project or Product Management, Engineering or related field
- At least 1+ years of proven hands-on experience in technical project management, new
- product launches and product management.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business and finances and align accountabilities. and efforts within area of scope.
- Previous success working with cross functional teams.
- Experience communicating with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to be a hands-on leader, driving cross-functional teams to success
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Master's degree in business
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
- PMP Certification
- Experience working within Global organization
