We are looking for a Project Manager Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Essential Functions (Responsibilities)

Act as the point of contact among general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, clients, consultants, and other external partners
Answers questions/inquiries as needed. Researches and follows up on inquiries that require more in-depth information.
Assists the Project Manager with scheduling appointments and maintains updates/changes calendar as needed
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Oversee the performance of on site staff
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Opens routes and/or answers routine correspondences. Processes billing invoices and maintains accurate records as necessary.
Maintains an efficient and organized filing system, including contracts lists, and any other pertinent information to the department director
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Job Qualifications
Education
Associates Degree in business administration preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience
Minimum of three years in administrative assistance
Minimum of two years as an executive administrate assistance in construction or related field

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven ability to work in a fast paced always changing environment
Strong computer skills, MS word, Excel and Power Point
Detail oriented with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving ability
Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language
Office is located in downtown LA.
Occasional commute to construction sites in Yucaipa, CA

**Salary**: $648,000.00 - $990,000.00 per year
