You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, manage data, and support the overall success of our customers.A Day in the life Typically Includes:- Process and Data Management: Maintain efficient processes for managing data in Gainsight related to Customer Success Operations and strategic initiatives,update and maintain data in Gainsight to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the team.- Reporting and Analysis: Extract and analyze data from various sources to generate regular reports and metrics, providing insights into customer success operations and programs, identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement to enhance the customer experience.- Cross-functional Collaboration with Sales operations, coordinate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely program reporting.- Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures, training materials, and best practices.- Project Management: Establish project plans, tasks, resources, and ownership to ensure timelines are met, coordinate resources for the planning and execution of projectsBasic Qualifications:- Experience working in business operations, data management, or customer success roles.- Experience in data analysis and developing project plans from this analysis.- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive key projects.- Experience working with CRM systems, Gainsight, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications:- Prior software industry experience.- Project management certification or prior project management experience.Location: Hybrid role: (Mexico City office and remote combination)- About InforInfor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.
