With experience in the automotive sector and team leadership, we are looking for someone who is an innovative leader, capable of driving growth and excellence in the automotive sector through their strategic vision, management skills and customer-centric approach.**Main Activities**:**Strategic Leadership**:- Strategically lead and coordinate processes to meet business unit objectives in the automotive sector.- Ensure financial control and optimal allocation of human and technical resources for client success.**Account Growth and Development**:- Maintain and expand account growth, ensuring optimal levels of satisfaction and loyalty with GP Strategies.- Design and develop innovative commercial proposals that drive account growth in the automotive sector.**Development and Training**:- Schedule and ensure high quality technical and commercial training for our clients, guaranteeing its update and excellence in the sector.**Qualifications**- Experience in the automotive industry, understanding the dynamics and challenges.- Experience in Project Management.- Experience in People management: previous experience leading teams and projects, demonstrating strong management and motivational skills.- In-depth knowledge of learning and training techniques, adapted to the needs of the automotive sector.- Bachelors degree in Engineer, Business Administration or related ares.- Master Business Administration / Post degree.- Desirable languages: English.- With more than 4000 employees in over 30 countries, diversity at GP Strategies is second nature!
