.Department: Project Management/IT/OperationsJob Summary:We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Project Manager with extensive Agile experience to lead and coordinate projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met on time and within scope while maintaining alignment with business objectives. Candidate will play a key role in driving Agile practices, facilitating communication between Spanish-speaking stakeholders and international teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects from initiation to delivery.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Management:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Agile Process Management:Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure user stories are well-defined and ready for development.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile best practices and adapting processes to maximize efficiency.Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:Act as the primary point of contact for both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication across teams.Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular status updates, and ensuring alignment on project goals.Lead meetings, presentations, and reporting sessions in both Spanish and English.Team Coordination and Leadership:Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, marketing) to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and support team members to achieve high performance and meet project objectives.Encourage a collaborative team environment while promoting transparency, accountability, and a shared sense of purpose.Risk and Issue Management:Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.Develop contingency plans and ensure timely resolution of issues that may impact project timelines or objectives.Project Reporting and Documentation:Track and report on key project metrics, including schedule, budget, and resource utilization.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change logs.Ensure all project artifacts are properly stored and accessible for future reference and audits.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Language Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology or digital environment
