What you will do:
The Project Manager for Business Transformation is responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives that drive significant business change. This role involves managing complex projects that span across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, change management, and a deep understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities: Project Management:Lead end-to-end management of business transformation projects, from initiation through to implementation and post-project evaluation.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Collaborate with senior leadership to define project goals, success criteria, and key deliverables. Change Management:Develop and execute change management plans to support the successful adoption of new processes, systems, or organizational changes.Conduct impact assessments, develop communication strategies, and design training programs to prepare the organization for change. Process Improvement:Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Lead efforts to redesign processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.Ensure that all process changes align with the organization's overall strategy and objectives. Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of transformation initiatives.Communicate progress, challenges, and successes of transformation initiatives to executive leadership and other stakeholders.Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management. Qualifications/Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.PMP or comparable project management certification is preferred.5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on business transformation, change management, or process improvement.Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale transformation initiatives.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and manage complexity.Exceptional project management and organizational skills.Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
