**Role Purpose**
The Creative Project Manager is responsible for independently managing multiple concurrent projects from kick-off to delivery across various lines of business and cross-functional teams.
You will report to the Account Manager and collaborate to support the Design Creative Team, ensuring the highest quality output and most efficient production of the design deliverables.
The connective thread between the team members assigned to execute each project request and the project stakeholders themselves.
You will be responsible for understanding the objectives of each project, ensuring that business and creative priorities have been properly communicated and acted upon.
**Key responsibilities**
- Build account strategy to proactively identify and meet your customers needs with creative work, developing a collaborative creative partnership and deep familiarity with their businesses along the way
- Collaborate with creative professionals to ensure creative work meets both the needs of our customers and our exceptional bar for creative quality - including final review and sign-off
- Guide, discuss and clarify client needs into concise design briefs and processes, and present output and discuss feedback with customers.
- Brief, staff and manage designers as a helpful value-adding partner
- Work closely together with designers, other project managers, and customer support reps across the world
- Continuously learn, develop, and grow yourself and others
- Effective collaboration with creative/brand marketing and product management teams
- Act as main point of contact for internal and external team members and stakeholders, including customers, from project kick-off through execution
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure dependencies are met, risks/issues are addressed, and project milestones are achieved
- Results and efficiency focused with high level of details to ensure accurate delivery of projects
**Key Skills/Experience**
- **Advanced spoken English level is a must for this position.
**:
- 4-5 years' experience of managing integrated campaigns in a creative or production agency, with good knowledge of digital and social media
- Strong proven project management skills and experience
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and customer services, to encourage high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Experience creating and updating project plans and regular project status reports
- Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication on projects
- Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once
- Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own.
- Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk
- Entrepreneur, Hands on, Dynamic, able to focus and prioritize tasks
- Team player, Open to learn and try new things
