If you are a skilled Project Manager with excellent stakeholder management abilities and have experience managing end-to-end role transitions either in a consulting or a Global business services environment, then read on and apply today for a life-changing career.The positionAs a Project Manager - Design and Transition, you will be responsible for:Facilitating end-to-end transitioning of processes from sending countries to global business services right from planning and preparation, knowledge transfer, transition execution, stabilization, optimization, and governance.Collaborating with the GBS Transformation Team in Bangalore to assess incoming processes, align with the Global Process Landscape, and ensure successful service placement, also creating job descriptions and aligning job levels and titles with the Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards teams.Coordinating with stakeholders to develop a recruitment strategy and timeline, tracking KPIs, and ensuring seamless service delivery post go-live.Providing inputs to recruitment and onboarding teams in GBS Mexico based on transition plans.Driving scope expansion and continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsMinimum 6 years of professional experience.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Six Sigma Green belt/Black belt and PMP certification are a plus.Experience in executing global role transitions across geographies.Ability to build process documentation and familiarity with driving process excellence; experience in the implementation of GBS/GCC/Shared service centers is a plus.
