Ensure projects are completed on time.- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and team members, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the electronic components market in Mexico. Identify trends and opportunities along the way.- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring all team members have the necessary tools and support to achieve project objectives.- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide periodic updates.
