An innovative Engineering Consulting firm that helps our clients develop audio equipment & the integrated circuits that go into them. We are seeking to hire a responsible, resourceful, detail-oriented** full-time project manager** to manage our client's **complex engineering projects** **from conception to delivery**. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, suppliers, and vendors to play a key role in ensuring successful project outcomes.

**?Experience and Demonstrable Skils**
- 3 - 5+ years of industry experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Demonstrable working proficiency in collaboration tools (such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, Bugzilla, Git, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication (in Spanish and English), interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and deep sense of ownership of knowing everything going on with any project at any time you are asked
- Deep proficiency with project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, WBS Gantt Charts, Asana, Trello, etc.
- Building complete project schedules from product idea to release to manufacturing for product development, preferably in the electronics industry

**Responsabilities**
- Leverage your exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail to keep up with all project activities, statuses, roadblocks, and logistics
- Hold periodic project status meetings with individual contributors to track activities and facilitate cross(1)functional collaboration
- Effectively build, manage, track, and give reports concerning milestone delivery schedules for projects
- Facilitate and ensure efficient collaboration between individual team members and various contract manufacturers in different geographic regions of the world
- Track and Report on time budgets for engineering resources working on multiple projects
- Maintain productive and effective vendor relationships through initial quote gathering, presentation of quotes to the client, and selection deliberation with the client and UA&A management
- Monitor and manage delivery logistics for components, tools & equipment, and prototypes/pre-production builds
**As a member of the Leadership Team, your Responsibilities will be**:
- Establish and document best practices for team collaboration and project management across all projects and drive their adoption throughout UA&A
- Help senior leadership develop project management templates, forms, and documents to standardize the methods by which projects are managed at UA&A and reported to clients
- Offer suggestions for improving the efficiency and efficacy of project execution
- Conduct project reviews and post-project assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure that lessons learned are incorporated into future projects
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and senior management
