Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Products (Switchboards, Switchgear, etc..)
You will be mainly accountable for:
Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications. Translate customer needs/requirements into detailed project plans while driving internal execution to meet project targets and on-time delivery.Planning and implementing multiple simultaneous electrical projects at various customer work sites in the US, including the activities of staff and subcontractors. Identifying and managing opportunities to expand projects in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy profitability requirements, including change orders. Meeting or exceeding loading targets based on team requirements. Electrical projects will be focused in the commercial construction markets and may include, but are not limited to, retail, airports, entertainment, hospitals, education (schools, colleges, universities), multi-story residential and water/waste-water treatment plants.Serving as the primary customer contact for the duration of each project. May commission, resolve specification issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate/coordinate with staff as appropriate.Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.Qualifications for the roleBachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or Similar.5+ additional years of experience in a project management, engineering or manufacturing role.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and sense of urgency in dealing with tasks.Experience in electrical manufacturing for switchboards, transformers, panelboards, motor control centers, and/or other electrical components.Experience working with some ERP (SAP, Oracle or similar) and Microsoft Office.Experience working with Salesforce is desirable.Advanced English level.Great customer service skills, self-driven, organized and proactive.BenefitsPaid Parental leave (gender neutral)Life insuranceRetirement planAccident insuranceWellbeing program
