**The Job**:
As a Project Manager, you'll be part of our Continuous Improvement team working as an onsite employee.
You'll get to:

- Provide program managing leadership within the business product transfer roadmap and associated plans that align with the business goals.
- Consistently lead and manage special projects to support the global manufacturing footprint initiative.
- Work with the marketing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and various other supporting personnel to transfer product within schedule commitments, with zero impact to customer service, and meeting all quality requirements for each program that is managed.
- Work with and understand program management tools (i.e.
Milestone process, Smartsheet, and SharePoint) while developing collaborative platforms for effective communication and tracking of project specific goals.
- Regular, consolidated communication of team progress toward commitments and project status; effectively escalate resourcing bottlenecks or support needed to management.

You also have:

- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree.
- Experience developing and executing cost saving projects
- Minimum of 3 years of leading and managing programs and or projects within a global manufacturing industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) to all levels.
- Skills working in a collaborative and matrix environment.
- Experience leading change management within agile work environments.
- Expert experience with MS Office and MS Project.
Smartsheet experience preferred.
- Technical background in power tool engineering and or manufacturing preferred.
- Conversational English
