Position SummaryThe Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee specific projects within the fulfillment and logistics operations of the company. This role ensures that individual projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and deliver results that align with the organization's goals. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, implement new technologies, and enhance operational efficiency in fulfillment and supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and deliverables.Lead projects aimed at improving warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.Collaborate with warehouse managers, supply chain teams, and IT to implement solutions such as automation, new WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or optimized workflows.Ensure projects align with operational KPIs, including order accuracy, on-time delivery, and efficiency improvements.Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues promptly.Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges during project implementation.Serve as the primary point of contact for project status updates, progress, and deliverables.Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders, including warehouse operations, customer service, and supply chain teams.Prepare and present project reports to leadership, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and next steps.Track project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.Manage resource allocation to meet project demands without disrupting daily operations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.3+ years of project management experience, preferably in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics.Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred.Proficiency with project management software.Familiarity with WMS and TMS systems, data analytics tools, and operational performance metrics.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Valid Visa to travel to USA.Key CompetenciesDeep understanding of fulfillment and logistics operations.Ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies.Skilled at engaging and aligning cross-functional teams.Focused on achieving measurable results and continuous improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
