We are looking for an experienced and talented Creative Project Manager.What we do at Biddyco: We help high-growth brands unblock their creative bottleneck on Meta and TikTok by making them ads that convert.How you will make an impact: You are part Project Manager and part Account Manager. You will act as the bridge between our clients and our creative team and keep the trains a moving. You will help us further systematize and streamline our processes to help keep making things better and better.**Responsibilities**:- You will project manage 25+ clients and ensure the on-time delivery of 200+ ads a month in total.- Lead, create and set the weekly creative team schedule.- Nail down client creative needs for the upcoming month.- Stay in sync with the new biz team about potential new client onboards. Tracking onboard schedule and letting the new biz team know how much capacity the creative team has for taking on new clients.- Attend monthly client calls, ensure action items are documented and followed through on. Expectation set with clients on timing. Push back on clients when needed.- Coordinate with our existing roster of UGC creators to get new footage shot for clients.- Find and recruit new UGC creators.- Ensure UGC creators receive client products and deliver work to us on time.- Track client feedback and keep creative team organized.- Track asset gathering from clients and alert the team when new assets come in.- Create and monitor Asana tasks for our design team to make sure work is done on schedule.- Update our creative menus with new work.- Establish hard deadlines for clients.- Be the final QA before work is sent to clients.Tools to be familiar with:- Asana- Slack- Google Sheets, Docs etc.You must- Be extremely detail oriented and organized- Be proactive- Have a great memory- Be someone who is great at ebbing and flowing within an ever-changing schedule- See the value in over communication- Be a planner at your core- Love excel or have a soft spot for puzzlesPay: From $35,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:- PMP (preferred)Work Location: Remote
