Know project resources and check availability/capacity with corresponding line functions eg Departments, Plant Professionally builds and leads the core project team Identifies, analyzes, and manages required parts of the project, risks, and opportunities, and drives core team members to do so.
Provides periodic reports on the status of the project Conducts an interdisciplinary capability study content and capabilities in the RFQ phase Plans and coordinates work packages of core team members to meet time, cost and quality requirements in accordancewith governance and guidelines Manages project meetings and provides project information Controls and validates the crossfunctional results of the work packages Coordinate milestones and gate checks Is theperson for project stakeholders Acts in accordance with LEONI project management standards and governance Manages conflict and resistance professionally Escalation in case of deviations from norms and project requirements time, cost, quality
