What You Will Do Lead project strategy, implementation, and risk prevention effortsMotivate and communicate with the project team to ensure alignment and engagementManage resources and develop action plans for project membersProvide executive-level status reports and communicate resultsLead technical activities during project definition and production initiationWho You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a project management related roleAdvanced conversational English skillsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong skills in incident and conflict management, planning and organization, and activity schedulingWhat Will Put You Ahead Advanced understanding of production processesProven experience in change management and resource estimationExcellent analytical skills for environmental assessmentAbility to measure and improve workplace climateComprehensive knowledge of operations and business administration
